I have been excelling in the customer service industry for over five years, with a focus on creating memorable experiences for every guest at every interaction. With training in hospitality and service, my recent STCW BST Certification positions me to embark on a career in the marine industry.
I am in excellent health, able to be away for long contracts, and I am eager to gain experience at sea. I would make a valuable addition to the crew of your vessel and be a great representation of your company.

I'm the first point of contact for potential guests and I act as concierge and give travel recommendations, upsell quests on upgrades and room amenities, handle credit card transactions and deal with complaints that come in over the phone. I also work with travel agents and agencies to sell accommodations.
Promoted to Guest Services Agent, my role was to optimize guest experience from the creation of a client’s reservation until after they checked out. I had daily experience handling both direct bookings and third-party reservations, assigning rooms, auditing reservations, and I became proficient in Opera (Property Management System). I worked in all aspects of guest relations, from the promotion of special offers and packages to the effective resolution of customer complaints. I used clear communication to correspond with every department of the hotel to ensure each aspect of any guest’s stay was positive.
I also appeared as the featured photo in Douglas Magazine in an article discussing the need for high-quality, personalized service.
As a Valet and Bellman, I was the first face-to-face interaction our guests would have with property staff. I was responsible for the security and timely delivery of guests’ vehicles and luggage, as well as bussing room service items and liquor to guests’ rooms. I developed a robust knowledge of local and regional tourist attractions and dining options, and worked in unison with our front desk team to offer concierge recommendations tailored to individual guest needs.
I worked as a lot attendant for both the sales and service departments, delivering vehicles to customers and partner companies, as well as taxiing customers awaiting their vehicles. I received a huge amount of invaluable driving experience in a short period of time. I also honed my time management, conflict resolution and customer service skills.
